I reached out to State Farm because my previous insurance kept increasing so I decided to get some competitive quotes. I got 2 other quotes and went with State Farm. I wanted a company with good reliability/reputation etc and also the option for an in-person "real" agent. The office got points right away because a person answered the phone immediately (no automated phone tree). Tatiana worked with me on my quote. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. Everything is great so far. The real test will be how they perform when I file a claim. So far, off to a good start.
