Our Association joined CISA a few years ago (at several thousand $/yr premium), with escalating rates at each renewal date; they also eventually limited us to a $5k deductible! Note we've filed only TWO minor claims that were paid out & closed years ago. However, a notice was just issued from CISA telling us that our policy will not be renewed "due to underwriting guidelines not being met". CISA's underwriting has proven to be extremely conservative and after collecting at least 4X in premiums vs. net claim payouts, they will ultimately leave you out to dry. I would not recommend this insurer.

I manage a portfolio of condominium associations and CISA has been a great company to work with for insurance needs. Jennifer Eilert is the agent for most of my accounts and she is helpful, thorough and quick to respond. Jennifer and the other agents are CISA are super knowledgeable, and are great at answering questions. Due to the positive professional experience I have had working with CISA I decided to switch my personal insurance coverage as well, knowing that the recommendations made by my agent would provide me with the proper coverage needed for my home and auto policies.

I cannot say enough about our agent Cindy Fitts and CISA Insurance! Cindy has been helping my condo association and property manager with a workers comp issue. She's extremely knowledgeable, very detail-oriented, helpful, responsive and professional. She's taken a hard-to-understand topic and explained it in layman's terms. She truly wants to impart her knowledge with others. My association is now better-informed and thus better equipped to avoid potential enormous financial risk because of Cindy!

horrible will not do business with again. Canceled the policy and they charged a crazy amount for canceling 11 days into the policy. And didn't send the bill for it until a year and a half later
