I got a call out of the blue after I bought a car from Erika and was annoyed at first. Not at her but I hate cold calls. That being said, once I started communicating with her, she seemed sincere and I was right! She was super patient, she excused all my skipped calls, she was fine with me moving calls, she answered all of my questions over and over and over and over again. Now, you might say she’s just being a good sales person and to that I say no. SHE IS BEING A GREAT ONE! She was doing her job and her job included saving me alot, and I mean ALOT, of money while also providing me with basically the same service agreement.

Look insurance is whatever (yeah, paragraph #2). But if I can go with someone who speaks to me respectfully and doesn’t blow unnecessary smoke up my ass and gives me a good deal. I’m in. Bye Liberty Liberty Liberty.
