Unfortunately, I was referring my friends to this company a lot. After I met a woman yesterday, two of my vehicles were registered with this company and I was trying to make a transaction for one of my vehicles. However, a woman was very harsh and rude to me. I had to cancel my 2 vehicles because of her.

Another woman was taking care of me. She was treating me very well. She was trying to help me as much as she could. However, the woman who was rude to me was sitting at another table and was constantly interfering with everything and created a very tense and uncomfortable environment with her attitude. She was reflecting her personal anger on the environment.

people are friendly. the follow thru needs significant work. I have been waiting for paperwork 6. I keep getting tomorrow, tomorrow, and still nothing. definitely horrible customer service.

This company is a joke. They insure you under cheap scammers and crooks. They don’t ever answer the phone, good luck waiting 8+ hours to be inevitably hung up on. The representatives are beyond rude and do everything in their power to not only not help your issue, but pawns you off to another representative who in turn continues the process of having you wait and passed on again to another representative. This is a huge scam and you’re better off finding another company or lawyering up. They Do everything in their power to waste your time, steal your money, and leave you with nothing. Truly a garbage company.

HORRIIBLE COMPANY FOR SR22 !!! APPLIED ONCE and made my life a living hell!!!!! had to call the state twice every week for 3 weeks BECAUSE THEY COULDNT SEND THE RIGHT INFO OR EVEN SEND IT!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY MAKE YOUR LIFE MORE DIFFICULT !

Stay away from this place. They have taken over a month to refund me. When I called I was given the run around and told it hasn’t been signed for yet and also that it will take another two weeks. I was then hung up on when put on “hold”. I asked for a refund on 3/29 (I have the email to confirm that date as well.) It is now 4/22 and I have yet to still receive my refund. It took them minutes to take money but almost a month to refund.I will be taking my business else where and advise anyone who is with them to do the same also anyone thinking about using them, there are cheaper and more reliable insurance companies than Insured on the Spot. The reviews with one star seem to be more legit than the ones praising them. Like many have said wish I could give them a 0 stars. Last beware of The claim there are no “notes” that’s not On your customers that’s on your poorly trained staff. 🤷🏻‍♂️

This insurance agency does not back up their insured.
I have full coverage insurance at 115.00 a month.
And when it came to filing a claim with the agency they appointed to me. The Agency would not repair my vehicle. And insure on the spot who I pay every month to. They told me they could not help.
Nor would the supervisor return my messages.

Vary bad attitude and reception ,shouting like l'm asking them a favor , I was paying my monthly full auto insurance .. very bad experience!! they give me a quote for 9 months but now its for 6 months after i put down money and made a payment, now I'm asking to put more done to make it 9 months for pay this outrage amount a month. They do not care about customers at all. thought it was a joke and funny to them. i asked for a cooperate number and she given me here number that i called and said this the department for it. i would give it zero stars, and all during a pandemic which i'm not working but still need to keep insurance for my vehicle

Hours on hold, MANY transfers for same question. My property was damaged by their insured, but they sell their policies to subcontractors, so why not put the proper phone number on the insurance card !!
Subcontractors were worse.
