I recently moved all of my insurance to Ty’s agency. It was seamless. It was easy. It was the kind of experience you hope for when you’re making a decision of this magnitude. I was put at ease reaching out to his office and immediately working with Michelle. She was fantastic in guiding me through my questions and the transfer of my policies. It was so nice to make a phone call and not have to push a bunch of buttons to get to somebody because I needed help. I was trying to update a bad review I gave AF Insurance a while ago. I still feel AF Insurance could have handled my claim better. However, I need to say that Ty Schraufnagel's employees are excellent in customer service. They don't have anything to do with the claim I had problems with, but Evelyn Armer, I think her last name is super friendly, provided me with above-and-beyond customer service. She made several calls and gave me answers I couldn't get on my own. After my problems were solved she called me to make sure all my problems were solved. Christina C. I don't remember her last name another employee she helped me a couple of times.. she is super helpful and friendly.

Justin was amazing at the agency! He followed up with me from a previous request I made, and I am so glad he did because the insurance I signed up prior was literally the bare bones.
