My card works literally everywhere else but after waiting 20 mins it doesn’t seem to work here. Went down the street and pulled cash out of the ATM with it just fine. Place and it’s card readers are stuck in 2005

I would give this place a -5 if I could. The lady in the morning shift was extremely condescending to me! She talked to me in a very degrading tone! Please don't waste your time in this big time joke place! It's not worth anyone's time! This place just lost a costumer because of that lady! I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone! I'm never coming back to this place! Go to any other currency exchange place, except this one!!!

Every time I go into this place. I feel like I am being racially profiled. And they stopped loading chime. 15 years of service that I've been giving that place. And I am not the only one that feels like. They are being racially profiled when I go in there.

Cashier claimed she couldn't notarize my document first because there was no place to stamp it. When I showed her where she could stamp it, she claimed it was dated the day before so she couldn't do it. Again showed her one of the docs where I could sign and date and she could just stamp. She refused. Nonsense. I had trouble cashing checks there awhile ago too. My guess is bigotry or incompetence. Either way it's BAD! I'm never going back!!!!!

I try getting my plates for my car here and I couldn’t. They were saying the title wasn’t sign by the owner and the owner doesn’t have to sign because it was sold in an auction by the agent of the bank. I was able to get my plates in a different location. Don’t go here. Very rude. They think they know it all when they have no knowledge in titles and plates. Very bad attitude too. This the last time I going there.
