Got a loan here a couple times. Customer service for us was great each time and this was the spot that gave the best pawn price in the area. I appreciate how they wrapped and took care of my laptop. Thank you.

Rude customer service. Tried to start off a conversation in a very rude way. I wanted to look at a necklace but had to leave due to the hostility he was giving my husband. Never will be back.

In response: I own a small business and never have I once started a sentence off, “I just want to know if your bargain is wasting my time or not” in a smug tone. Then continued to talk down on. This all started because we asked the price of one game. Could’ve ended the conversation when we said “We aren’t interested then, but thanks!”

Awesome experience here. I have had some negative experiences at pawn shops before with owners being dishonest or just downright shady but this place was awesome. I saw the ratings so I drove I bit out of the way to come here and it was totally worth it to get someone who was honest and straightforward throughout every part of the transaction. He explained how he priced things out and how I could look it up and he also told me that I should put two of my listings up on Craigslist instead, so I could get a better value.

I will definitely be back whenever I'm in need of some quick cash.

Great place to work with. Shane, the guy I dealt with, was friendly and actually really helpful, unlike my experience at any other pawn shops. Gave me more than I was expecting for the stuff I brought in. Definitely best shop in the area.
