Our company was referred to Preferred Funding Group to assist in securing new credit cards. We were a first-time user of this type of service so there were a lot of questions. Edgar was our first point of contact, and he explained the process in depth. We were able to get Edgar everything he needed over the course of a few hours with several phone calls and e-mails exchanged. He helped complete our file quickly and moved us to the next step. Sam was our liaison during the application process. She is incredible!! Her hand holding and guidance helped get us through the hoops that the banks required. We had multiple calls and e-mails on an almost daily basis to keep us aware of the application process and to help us navigate the application hurdles with certain banks. Although I did not have conversations with Chelsey and Kerri, they were also part of the team moving our applications through the system, monitoring progress, and getting the requested information and documents to the banks. We were quite successful and secured more credit than was expected. If needed, I would use Preferred Funding Group again.
