They never return you call. I was a customer for over 8 years. I needed to cancel my policy with them, seeing as they would not return ANY of my calls for new quotes, and had to go in person to get this done. Signed papers and policy was promised to be canceled. They said they would let me know if there were any problems. Recieved a full bill from Hartford today. Hartford states they never recieced cancelation. Now Im out $168. Called Insurance Deopot again to resolve due payment from them since they failed to file my cancelation. No return call.

This company is no good! Had all my autos and motorcycles with them. One day I recieve a letter from MVD saying that my plate is suspended on my bike for not having insurance. I try calling Jim with insurance depot and get no answer, so I called Progessive who held my policy and come to find out they had recieved the wrong vin number from insurance depot. So Progressive got the right vin from me and said "Oh, that vin increased your premium and you owe an additional $250 back charge". I feel that insurance depot is responsable for that charge that is now going to collections and Jim Tebbs response with insurance depot is that he did us a favor by straightening out this mess with MVD which was due to his error in the first place and now I should pay progressive the back premium because I chose to own this type of motorcycle. News flash Jim, you made the error, you quoted me the rate, and I paid for what I was signed up for. Now you be a man and a professional as you should and pay your error. Your company is nothing but a head ache and I wouldnt recommend you to anybody. Way to run a business Pal!!!!!!
