Paul and his office staff allowed my soon to be ex wife transfer her bill to my account and had funds with drawn with out my permission. Paul personally has refused to refund my money and will not take a phone call or respond to emails.

I was a client with him and his father for over 25 years.

I cold called Statefarm and was quoted a lower price with better coverage for a single car policy than with the Allstate multi discounts. I trusted him and should have shopped around earlier

Me and my family have been with them for over 15 years and have never had rude service until recently. I just turned 25 and I have called maybe twice to make sure that my premium would go down. I was assured that it would go down significantly, only to find out that it increased by a couple dollars. When I called to inquire, Diane was VERY rude and made a comment "Are you REALLY calling in about $12" as if she was not the one who had told me it would decrease significantly the two previous times I called. Note, that I had not been rude or anything from the start of the conversation, I just wanted to know why I was told it'd decrease when it really wouldn't. She continued to explain why my policy went up with attitude and I ended up just ending the call out of anger. That same day I switched over to State Farm, who gave me a much better price for more coverage & I am in the process of getting my family to switch over as well. All it took was her being beyond rude for a simple question about my policy, when SHE was the one who gave me incorrect information from the start. Paul & Anne have always been very sweet to us, but Diane just pushed the wrong buttons on the wrong day.
