Maria Maldonado over there is on top of it all! She helped my family with a seem-less transition of coverage from one vehicle to another and she also helped me review which policy is best for my needs in terms of cost & coverage variables.

I have been with Fiorelli State Farm since 1973. I have had nothing but fabulous service from these people through so many ups and downs throughout the years. They are so attentive and really care about their clients. They are so easy to talk to and explain everything very thoroughly. Just today I talked to Maria and some questions that I had and she was very clear and understanding and I would suggest anybody looking for coverage to definitely check in with this office, I can just not say enough things about them.

Give your business to another agent. I would rate their service as an “F”.
Communication and response time is very bad. We have had some phone messages just NEVER get returned. Important insurance questions that don’t get answered or resolved. Lost in voicemail? Ignored? We will never know.

Understaffed for years and it shows.

Recently had to close out a whole life insurance policy and needed the money ACH to us ASAP only to find out they failed to forward my paperwork to the home office for TWO WEEKS. Completely incompetent staff and show no sense of urgency.

I presume ANY other State Farm agency would give you better service and care about you and your needs *more* than the Joel Fiorelli office.

We will be switching our accounts to another agency very soon.

Not only was there claims process one of the easiest things Ive ever been through, they also are concerned with how to get you the best deal possible.
