Dan Korvas is extremely rude and unprofessional. He tried to sell me insurance and became angry and upset when I decided I didn't want to use him as my agent. The negative reviews on here are spot on. Dan needs to learn how to treat people with respect and stop blaming everyone else for his insecurities and "personal issues". If you want an insurance agent that's friendly and won't insult you look elsewhere!!!!

UPDATE: Look at his response and how unprofessional Dan is. Now imagine doing business with this guy... STAY AWAY!!

Dan has been very helpful and saved me lots of money. He takes his time looking for the best coverage that fits your needs the best. It can take a few days and will require you getting the proper documentation but it is well worth it! Highly recommend.

I give one start cause there is no option to give NONE. Very unprofessional and rude person. He was nice at first but once he loses client (or, as I read the other reviews, the original deal didn't work), he shows his real face. My experience- my policy was cancelled cause I forgot to pay. I forgot to pay cause the email went to my spam folder and in same time I got the baby, which kept me busy and this completely got out of my head... two months after my policy expired I got a letter from collection. That is how I found out that I was driving for two months without an insurance. I quickly purchased new insurance somewhere else, informed Dan about that via email and asked his where to pay outstanding collection amount. He didn't even read my email to the end, kept calling me and emailing that he needs to get me new insurance cause old had been cancelled. I told Dan that I don't understand how this could happen, why I wasn't notified, I thought that agents have access and get info about their clients. He answered that he is "not to baby-sit people who can't keep their affairs together' - that's how professional he is in his relations with clients. He threaten me also that he will post a review about me if I post a bad review about him as well as that he will sue me! What
He admitted he receives info about cancelled polices, so if he had notified me that I was thrown out, I would immediately act and obtain a new policy, not driving for 2 months without one. Stay away from this agent, there is ton of other professionals who are indeed dedicated individuals.

I spoke with Dan on the phone regarding first time home owners insurance and I did not feel that he was professional or polite in any manner. He was smart to follow up the emailed quote with a phone call, however when I politely told him that I had reviewed his quote and believe I will be going in a different direction, he laughed and hung up on me. This is not how you conduct professional business. In this day and age of technology I hope this review goes a long way to help guide people away from using this agency. I have received multiple quotes from multiple vendors in the area and none treated me with this level of disrespect. You do not want to choose an insurance agent that is unprofessional and rude, because when push comes to shove they are who you will be relying on for guidance should you ever need to make a claim. Please take this as a sign to reconsider how you conduct your business Dan.

Absolutely excellent customer service. Dan has been my insurance man for over 20 years. Always gets me the best rates for my home and autos. Very responsive to help me the few times that I've had to file a claim. I hope to use him for another 20 years.
