Stay away from these people. They wrote 2 policies on the same home. When we realized their mistake and wanted to cancel 1 of the 2 policies, it turned into a situation where they would not because they were "too busy". . our reply was "we will wait"... They said we could not wait in their office. They actually said they would seek the help of the police to remove us. We left. We will seek litigious relief. These are stunted individuals that do not deserve the business they have... We will post the results of the lawsuit...

I was a customer for over 10 years. They had the wrong address on my account, east insead of west. My insurance was canceled beause if this.they said they would fix it but never did. 10 days larer still wsiting for a call back

My girlfriend purchased a homeowner's insurance policy with this agency and was not even listed as an insured! The agent took her money and did not list her on the insurance policy! I went there to ask the agent why this happened and she said she would call the police and have me arrested! Their website uses the words "Trust" and "Integrity". From what I have experienced this company has no integrity. Do business with company at your own risk.

Overall knowledgeable but is very rude to her customers if she don't get her way. i had a quote redone and got nothing but attitude from her and then she refused to accept my payment , VERY POOR attitude towards her customers and treats them badly.

We have been customers for years for both auto and home insurance. The service was great when Mickey was there but now it sucks.We called to lower the house insurance coverage three weeks ago. They said they would get back to us but never did and now our house insurance has lapsed.Rotten customer service I would not recommend them to my enemies
