Maroon financial has always been helpful but recently they really went above and beyond. I was traveling outside the country and used my debit at a bank ATM. Prior to leaving I gave the credit union the dates. Unfortunately my card was compromised & I didn’t not receive the funds. After contacting Maroon and talking with Rebecca, who not only straightened out the situation but helped calm me down and stayed on the line while I attempted a withdrawal ATM at a different location. I cannot thank her enough! Afterwards I was able to relax and enjoy the rest of my vacation.

I've been a customer for nearly 5 years. I recommend Maroon Financial to friends and colleagues. I appreciate that they're part of the community and the service here tends to be very welcoming.

It was really disappointing to learn they sent me to collections before reaching out to me about a missed payment. There was clearly an error, I had made payments consistently every month for nearly 3 years and one never arrived - it turns out the check was lost in the mail. Still, I never received a phone call or an email and the statement never indicated a payment was late or missing. I learned of the missed payment through a credit report that said I was in collections. It's not right how they handled it and my credit score took a hit because of it. It'll now be on my record for 7 yrs. When I contacted them they said there was nothing to be done because of their policy. I wish they had a policy that included trying to reach the customer to let them know of the error.

Although there have been many changes and locations, I've remained a long standing member of Maroon Financial Credit Union for about the past 17 years. I have always received good customer service from any of the tellers and/or financial services associates, which is why I continue to maintain my account and membership for my personal banking needs.
