Can't recommend FMI Financial enough! Frank was extremely helpful in providing a budget when it came to purchasing our home. I always went with the assumption of putting 20% down, but with current state of the economy and low interest rates Frank explained that 20% isn't always the best option. Frank and Katie are a pleasure to work with. I recently shared with Frank that I was adding $1,000 a month to my principal on my mortgage based on what I read in Suze Ormon's book. Frank explained why that didn't make sense in my case and I was better off adding it to my monthly savings. He never suggested I add it to the fund he manages for me, but explained why building my savings is important. His explanation made so much sense and seemed obvious after he explained. Today I asked him to invest $5,000 in a cannabis company stock for me and again, he did not try to encourage me to invest in his fund, but explained what I should look out for. He is a great communicator and always stays in touch and available any time I have a question. I highly recommend.
