My husband and I have been state farm customers for 15+ years however my knowledge of insurance is limited until I decided to pop into your office. While I believe we have a different location assigned to us I was still greeted by one of the most patient people I've met. I've worked in customer service for years and Sara went above and beyond. She took the time to explain the ins and outs of our current policy in a way I could understand and didn't make me feel like a bother. Jeannie is my absolutely favorite. She is attentive , friendly , and above all very knowledgeable. She’s my go to person for explaining in detail and educating me on things I don’t know or aren’t common knowledge. She has a great attitude and is a pillar for this location , for sure!
