I bought a piece of site equipment. I was going to buy it outright but the seller offered zero percent for 3 years. I thought "why not". Unfortunately, they use this company.

6 months in, I have yet to receive an invoice. Instead, I receive late notices and penalties. Our billing goes through an accounting department, so I'm constantly having to catch up on invoices. I have many loans through my business. Many structures. This one is the only one that has any issues. They call daily, threatening my with a legal team. They apply payments as late, sent well within the payment period. Run from this group.
They're nothing but trouble.

Predatory business do not do business with them. Their IT partner hooked us up with them. The contract ended and we werre told (by the IT partner) we owned equipment. Great American kept billing us and our acct department kept paying (our fault). 6 months and $18K later we catch it. Went back to them. Find out we don't own the equipment. Here's the kicker. The buyout was only $2K. We paid $18K over 6 months. They still made us pay the 2K to get out of contract.

went to get financing with them for a piece of equipment. They never called me and just said they would not work with me. They never received any information from me. They said I had charge offs but would not tell me who they are. Which we do not have charge offs.

So far, so good in terms of account access and terms. Financed the purchase of a sectional through Ashley Home Stores. Have made a payment online, establishing the online account. Have been called twice by the company. The first time the message said it was imperative I call back. I did and left a message but no one called back. Several days later, received another call while I was working and attempted to arrange a more convenient time to speak but the caller didn’t seem to understand and no one has called since. Yet.

OK so I just recently purchased my furniture not too long ago. I was however late once and I authorize them to make a one time payment for the month that I was late in the month that was coming up. which put my account current. Do you guys know that these people charge my card twice this month, once for the monthly payments and twice for double payments, I am livid right now! they basically put my account damn near in the negatives. I am definitely disputing charges and I can’t believe that a company will authorize three payments in one month on my account and I had it on reoccurring payments. Tried to take it off there’s no way! Then I realize that they had set up my account for two separate payments to come out every month one which is the regular payment and the other payment which is double the regular payment? I will never shop with this company again ever!!!! please RUN while you can.

I did the payment plan with the auto draft. HUGE MISTAKE!!! I was completely paid up and they charged my card an extra $205! It's been two weeks and they are still giving me the run around to get my refund. They claim they have no idea why it hasn't been refunded yet. I'm so pissed 😤

I paid in full the loan with Great American Finance almost 2 years ago, in my credit score is showing that I owe $800 and it’s impacting my credit negatively. I called them 4 times to send me the report saying is paid and they didn’t send anything yet. They don’t care about the client.
