My recent interaction was handled quickly and efficiently. One shortcoming of Golden West is the limitation on direct transfer of funds to a private party. The $3,000 limit is entirely to low. An account holder should allowed to establish the transfer limit for their own account. That is my largest complaint about Golden West Credit Union.
