There is a pond in my neighborhood We are paying for maintenance because i is part of association. . Sometimes it's packed whit nonresidents coming fishing. We don't have any privacy. The HOA puts some signs but not the right way. The fishermans still coming.When I called the management the lady was very rude . The second time the manager hang out on me..In this case the Board of the Homeowners Association and the management are supporting the tottaly strangers not the Homeowners. I'm considering this situation UNACCEPTABLE......

Cambridge Property Management in Tinley Park manages my office building in Homer Glen IL. and so far they are doing a great job. I put in 4 request last week and all 4 have been completed but I asked my old managment company to do the 4 things for 2 years and never completed.
