My business has been with this company for years. My business has been without any losses totaling in at least 30 yrs.My business was falsely accused "falsely" of an alleged loss had absolutely nothing to do with my business. An attorney for another insurance Co. (imagine that) tried to frame me for work that was never done by claiming we performed the mitigation, ( cleaning after a fire, and was trying to shake my business down for over $10,000.00 in subrogation costs. I sent the attorney a letter explaining that we never did any physical work on the loss that we had nothing do with his client's clean up! To protect myself, I contacted my carrier ARMR and gave them a heads up, along with a complete explanation, including the letters sent to me by this attorney and my response. In the end nothing ever happened to me there was no payment made, no court hearing "NOTHING!" ARMR DOUBLED MY PREMIUM, AND USED THE EXCUSE THAT, "THE INCIDENT" I REPORTED WAS THE REASON hey were doubling my premium! That made y agent having to scramble for another carrier. Oh, they liked the payments and they weren't cheap by any means, but they were never on my side even with this simple false claim! Very unprofessional, I would never do any kind of business with them again, and suggest you do your homework if you plan to use this business

Had insurance through them, had a fender bender and my front bumper, fender, and headlight were damaged. All cosmestics, and when a claim was filed. They decided to go with totaling the car instead. They would rather just make a quick buck and not actually care about there customers. I wouldnt recommend this insurance to anyone.
