THIS should be a NEGATIVE star review!! As all people do these days, I was price shopping for car insurance for my son because he had just purchased a new car. After researching I was torn between Farmers and State farm. Farmers was going to be $89.00 cheaper for a 6-month policy but my son was previously with State farm, so I remained loyal and purchased the new policy through them online. I paid the quote in full and then a couple weeks later start getting an additional bill because the quote INCREASED without any knowledge to me. Forgive my ignorance but if your quoted one price for a service, you pay the price in full one just assumes that is all that's required! This "AGENT Georgelyn Hicks" NEVER CALLS back, NEVER answers her phone either and when you call customer service, they promise you they are sending her a message and she STILL NEVER RETURNS A CALL!! This agent and company is the WORST!!! Consumers BEWARE do not use this agent...be smart and go to FARMERS!

Alana worked very hard in my behalf. Initially, my application was denied. Then I shared with her the sad reality that I in January 2024 I was told that I needed a Heart Transplant. I was given three weeks to move to Chicago for a bloodless operation. Sadly, I had to put a lot of things on the back burner, including timely payments of my bills.
