I will be closing my account after years of service. Iam experiencing an issue and no one is trying to help me. So they lost me as a customer

Been with them since 2012 and I finally at the point to just close them out, their customer service is horrible I live down the street from the calumet city one but prefer to go to Crown point or the East Chicago branch because the calumet city one really needs training I wish they train customer service they are so lazy and always rude, and never assist or care to help.

I go to the one in River Oaks just as much as my own because I'm a share branch customer. The service there is horrible three incidents happen...1I.) I ask for singles and they never have singles I stated and the young lady said go to your credit union and get them .2. Another lady said the same thing on a different day ..3..Stood of saying they were closing a teller had ignored me while I'm sitting there in drive thru and didn't say anything and just left. Need to train better I don't need feedback or a sorry ..I'm a do what your teller said and stay at my own credit union .

Horrible experience. There underwriters are terrible.. I had to go to another bank for a loan and got approved. Don't waist your time here. Even if I met all criteria still was useless 👎. I will never do business here again.

My account was closed I lost my job. I has a negative balance. I paid the negative balance the amount was around 500.00. I was told that I never made this payment. I didn't keep the receipt. I never thought it would come back and hurt me. I was so embarrassed. I don't know what happened but the mistake is on Tech Credit Union.

My experience with Tech Credit was great! I was referred to them by my loan agent , I wanted to refinance my car. Annette was wonderful! She explained everything to me and was so patient with me I had tons of questions..lol I definitely will refer others to Tech Credit Union. I was very pleased with them !

I had the worst experience here! I was racially profiled and denied to open an account because my paystub did not show the location where I work at. Presented all the forms they asked for from W2, DL, State, and 2 recent Paystubs! I work for a major Telecommunication company. What major company would put the store address of the store location i work at on my paystub Makes no sense! This was Poor customer service! To top it off I called the location after I left and asked what I need to bring they said DL and a recent paystub! unacceptable!
