Solid financial minds here but they lack basic lay person transparency. Call it a mistake on my part for not reading and just trusting them out of the gate (wont be happening again that's for sure). I would be sure to read everything they lay out before signing with them. So let me put it here so you do not have to learn the lesson I learned.
When you terminate the service supplied by Wisely per their rules they have to convert all positions to cash, if its a up day, hey you won! Good for you! If it is a down day well sorry not our problem. For this reason I cannot recommend them. This is just one persons experience so take it however you see fit.

UPDATE ON RESPONSE FROM OWNER

They are lying in the fact that I did not have an account with them. While it was a short run I can assure you I had a user name on their portal and they were attached to my IRA with Schwab

Also, they of course have discretion over your account. That is the reason for payment of services. But the fact that they just made the decision to have me loose over $1,000 without even a heads up is the issue. I stand by my review and final statement is still BE CAUTIOUS. They do not have your best interest in mind as they say they do.
