Hire new staff! Horrible customer service, in person and over the phone. I will go out of my way to avoid using this facility. I usually try not to post ratings unless it was a great experience, but I've now had multiple encounters with them and every single time it gets worse.

Horrible service! Staff rude and want to do things their way ,rushing me off. Then fanned me off when asked to speak with owner. When I finally did she was rude so I left. Will not return to this place. I usually always come and pay my bills here. But I won’t anymore!
