This place doesnt like new business i was referred by the dealer were I bought my truck, i spoke to Mr Orences, I filled out his questionnaire, and after I called him to get an update the following morning, he said he would have something in the next hours, I expresses myself and asked if he would be able to have something sooner cause I need insurance ASAP and make a choice, flat out told me if I was shopping else were, he didn't want to waste his time. I can call as many insurance agents as i want., but i want to let it be known very unprofessional and very RUDE, for a company that caters to livery companies, and we strive to give the best of customer service, no new business from me.!!!!

Hey if there was a option to give more than 5 stars i would give it to Caroline the best worker there, she is just the best and so nice to talk to, if you ever need any type of insurance she will definitely help you.
