I was just going through my phone and I found these pretty cool pictures from last year's pre-parade party at the Valtas office. For the last three years I've taken my nephews to this event and they have so much fun. It's nice to see that there are still business owners that care for the community. I've been a customer Vivian for some time now and I have no complaints on their customer service. Vivian and her whole team have always been very friendly.

Was trying to take care of some things and was given different answers. Then tried to call and have it fixed in Saturday and was told I have to call on Monday. It isn't like how it was back in its other location.

Update. Communication from this agent is still lacking and gonna look to switch to another.

Vivian Valtas and her staff are an excellent example of true customer service ! They definitely put the client/customer first. I highly recommend this agency! Their work ethic and attention to detail are highly appreciated. I have been with state farm for many years now, and I can honestly say that Vivian, the location, and her staff deserve more than just 5 stars! The building itself is very homey and the staff will do whatever they can to make sure you are satisfied. Cannot stress enough how great this team is!! 10/10 Would definitely recommend!

Vivian Valtas and her team are outstanding!!! We recently switched over from a different office and now realize what it is to have an amazing team on your side. We just purchased a new car and had questions and concerns. I called the office as they were closing, but they answered all my questions and I was reassured with my decision.
