HORRIBLE SERVICE! I had home insurance with them for a couple of years which was automatically renewed every year, but when they nearly doubled the price I decided to change my insurance and that's where the problem started! The person working in Argus does not answer the phone, you have to record yourself and wait a few days until they call back. at my request to close the insurance she did not do it, so I have two insurances for the house!!!! at my request to straighten out she said I had to do it myself and hung up the phone!! very nice!!!!

I don’t understand why people rate this company really low. I’ve been with Argus for 5 years now. All my questions answered! I always have a lot of questions for my agents and everything was explained really well. I’ve had couple accidents before and all was handled nicely. VERY HORRIBILE SERVICE IS RIGHT!!! VERY RUDE AND CRUDE... When they are cornered, they Hang up even on hurting people; they give illegal enormous increases in insurance!!!
