This place needs new workers ever time I come in there I have a problem with the young ladies they do not want to do they work. They say I cannot cash the money order. They will have to hold it for a week. I cannot cash personal checks. There is like I don’t think they want to do the job. It’s like every time I come in now I have a problem with them. Do anyone have corporate number there? I would like to do a report on them

Is this people is getting away with this? It's almost 9 and they are still close, i've seen at least 20 diferent cars leaving because is closed...
They are inside with open signal on, idk why nobody is trying to work.

My mother was trying to cash a check there and they said it wasn't cleared, this woman was faking like she was talking to the people on the phone and how I know, it's because it takes a half-hour to call the place not on the first ring 🤦🏾‍♂️ my mom call the place and they said nobody called and the check was good 🤦🏾‍♂️ this woman told 3 people the same thing smh my mom went somewhere else and they cashed her check with no problem. I would never do business with them

I've been in this community over 10 years and this location hasn't gotten terrible!! Your job is literally CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL DAY!! I said the last time I was here I wouldn't return , yet I needed 2 stamped envelopes. There are 2 CUSTOMER SERVICE associates, one is doing her job yet the other is texting on her cellphone. Continues to text for 2-3 minutes before acknowledging the customer(ME). Can I help you, NO, Continue texting on your phone since that's clearly more important than your Job, I walk out and handle my business at the post office for CHEAPER & NO human Contact. Close this location or get Better staff!! The Blonde is thee Absolute WORST!!

Currency exchange was supposed to close at 3pm and they closed 20 minutes before hand and the lady with blonde hair told me no and that they were closed when a letter on the door clearly stated they closed at 3pm and all I wanted was to buy a city sticker.
