I contacted State Farm Insurance in Evergreen Park today for vehicle and homeowners insurance. It is so welcoming when you can reach a human these days instead of a recording. Customer Service is a big deal to me. Lindsay, besides being pleasant and knowledgeable, provided excellent service today. I obtained coverage for two vehicles and my home saving me a couple hundred dollars a month. I also spoke with the boss (Sean Kelly) who was great as well. Wow!! If you want to save money, be well taken care of AND have phenomenal coverage then you should definitely give Sean Kelly at State Farm your business! We switched our home and auto coverage from another competitor, that we had been with for 25+ years, to State Farm. Worked with Tony Mota. Stand up guy. He was relentless, calling me at least once a year for 3 years. Wasn't pushy, but followed through when I told him to call back at a later date. Made the change once he was able to save me some money. Answered all my questions and made everything smooth. Switched my house and car to State Farm. Good experience overall.
