Farmers Insurance has got to be the worst coverage around. I was involved in a non-fault accident, and Farmers is now denying covering all of the damage to my vehicle as well as charging me an inappropriate betterment fee. Not only are they not restoring my vehicle to preloss condition, they are charging me 50% on one of the parts that their preferred repair facility deemed "non-repairable" due to the accident! They are not even significantly cheaper than the competition. AVOID FARMERS AT ALL COSTS!

Response to the agent:
Erick Chavarria is the agent listed on the card, and I believe he is an agent at this office, as it is the same address, and I can not find a separate location to post the review. I do not reside in Illinois. The insured client was at fault and he does. I attempted to call the office and since i am not the policy holder they refused to help.

The adjusters are useless. I have attempted to reach my adjuster at least 3 times a day between 7/17 and 7/26 (8 business days) before she finally called me back (she has still never answered a phone call). When she did finally call me back she blamed the repair shop and gave me the run around. Of course the repair shop blamed Farmers and I have not been able to get ahold of her again since 7/26, today is now 8/1.
