I am insured with the car insurance from Edwards insurance agency and I couldn't feel more protected. Katie is an amazing agent and will get you what you need! I am a young driver and tried many different companies that were OUTRAGEOUS in pricing and had very non effective policies especially for young drivers such as myself. Edwards agency is very affordable and Katie will get you the best deal you need. I will definitely be sticking with Edwards Insurance for everything I need insured. Amazing company!

I contacted this agent per my current insurance company (Erie), I spoke with Chris who took all my information over the phone including my bank information only to not process the policy nor the payment. When I called to address the situation, he transferred the called to Katie who was rude and very unprofessional. What was the purpose of taking my bank information if you were not going to provide me the service?! Very racist company, buyer please be aware. I have to now cancel my information and it’s Christmas..... Edwards insurance thanks, you sure know how to ruin Christmas!!!!

My husband and I were frustrated with our homeowners insurance rate increasing yet again. Keep in mind we had been with the same insurance company for over 25 years and NO claims! Anyway, after some research and asking around we were referred to Edwards Insurance in Chicago and gave them a call. They not only saved us several hundreds a year in our annual premium it has was their knowledge of products and overall customer service that sold us. You are not treated like just another quick quote they need to give. They talk with you to truly learn what is in your best interest insurance coverage wise.
We have since transferred our auto insurance as well. I typically wont write a review, but when a company goes above and beyond then I feel it's worth spreading the word. We have been very pleased with our rates and the overall service we have received.

Unbeatable customer service! I really appreciate having a live person I can go to with questions and even stop by the office if need-be. Everyone at Edwards is always very courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. I can’t ask for much more than that!

If you call Edward's Insurance at anytime they are there to answer your questions. Anytime we have need them we have been taken care of within the same day. Recently we had an emergency and Yvonne even had to call Katie the owner while on vacation. That was really amazing......well I was screaming like a banshee!
