I emailed him first week of November to not renew my insurance when it ends 12/4 because I wasn’t sure if I was gonna change it and he canceled with no email beforehand or questions and earlier then asked!

When I asked to continue and renew it as normal he said he can’t it’s canceled and gave me a new quote almost $100 more than my original plan claiming “I” canceled it!

As an insurance company you should work to keep customers with you for years and provide great customer service. Not cancel their plans and push them away.

Called for an estimate, the lady told me she will call me back with the quote, it was a month ago and still waiting for them to contact me. If they are unable to provide me with an estimate what I can expect from a claim? Very bad customer service.
