I have had several other providers for insurance and by far, by a large margin, Martin Insurance is the best I've ever experienced. Sure...they can and will get you the best rates. But where they truly excel is in the personal care, support and team service that this firm provides to me as an individual client. They are truly a concierge level of support and treat us like a VIP. We have our personal home and auto insurance with Martin Insurance. I have also moved all my business accounts over to Martin Insurance (3 companies), and am so glad I did it.
