Very poor experience with this company. I was hit be a Semi truck whose driver was insured by this company. The driver accepted fault and liability right away but this cheap and nasty insurance company refused to cover damages. They tried to sound caring but in the end they will never do the right thing or care about their client, they only care about money.

I really appreciate and recommend this insurance company They are very polite and very friendly and very sincere I spoke with Lisa,Kim,Sean they don't like to keep you waiting! They don’t like you wasting your money! I spoke with other insurance the same quote the same money But I choose Them Why? because I like them they are sincerely! even though Lisa called me on my birthday! I recommend everyone! If have have chance I will send a box of chocolate and champagne to them!

I have been with Gallagher Murphy for several years now. I was recommended to them by my sister-in-law. I am so glad she did. Bob and his staff are the best. Professional and on top of everything. You call they answer your questions and actually call you back when they say they will. I am mid fifties and do a lot of things online but still love that there are firms out there that still give the personal touch. Don’t get me wrong their firm moves with the times and is electronic but they know how to talk to people and provide Excellent customer service. Oh yes I do enjoy the birthday phone calls. Keep up the great work!!!!

Brian has been handling the insurance for my two businesses for years. I often times receive last minute requests for certificates of insurance. We have been with Gallagher and Murphy insurance for about 10 years. I was able to get better auto/home coverage from them at a much lower price than my prior carrier.
