Karolina and their underwriters are a scam! I just purchased my home back in July and I got insurance with Ana and Karolina. Not 1 month in they told be i have to get my whole roof replaced . I got different quotes from multiple roofers and I was told a new roof was not necessary for another 10 years since it was still in good shape. I asked our agent to send me the pictures of what needed to be fixed and repaired. Once received I got the minor repairs fixed as well as the damaged shingles . Karolina made me send all the repairs in an email and told me everything was taken care of and repairs are good. Fast forward a month and they send me a notice in the mail that my policy has been cancelled due to roof not being repaired. I asked for a refund for the money I spent on repairs and they said there’s nothing they can do. They just want your money and give you any excuse as to why they won’t cover you. Do yourself a favor and just go with another insurance provider.

SCAMMER! SCAMMER! SCAMMERS! Anna Solomacha is extremely dishonest and untrustworthy. I found her to be incompetent and fraudulent. FARMERS had a payment processing issue which resulted in my policy being canceled even though they received the payment 10 days before due date. Please don't do business with such a shady character and establishment like farmers. All their reps are these young rude careless envious loosers....
