poor representation of the city which they insure. The company will try to “win” claims based on opinions and bias rather than do the right thing. Even their “proof” is just an opinion and when you lay out the facts, they will prove your own point but spin it the other way. I am very open-minded and even considered that I myself could be wrong. They will even attempt to talk down to you on the phone and in letters. Will not name the city because the city is great and the city workers are amazing people.

I never post any negative reviews so this is out of character for me. I just felt like I had an unfair claims process and none of the facts I presented mattered. It was a small claim and i can afford to fix the damage myself. I do not care about the money, it’s just not worth for me to try to spend more time and fight a claim.

They took excellent care of me after my car was totalled by a city snow plow driver insured by them. They covered the rental car for as long as I needed until I was paid out and into a new car. Took about a week and half to have everything situated and finalized. I was very pleased with the performance of the agent I worked with.

Impossible to make contact with, they only work like 2 days a week and every week is different on what days they go in. Have left 7 voice-mail over the past 3-4weeks and still have not heard a word back
