I'm reporting American family insurance for unethical practices. I received a letter on Jan 8th 2024 stating they were canceling my policy on Jan 19th 2024. I called Greg Saucermen immediately, he said he was also surprised by this letter because he was not notified. I quickly fixed these issues despite it being -15 degrees out and more than a foot of snow. They still dropped me after I did everything they asked.
They did not give me a reason for canceling my policy after I fixed what they asked.
I did not receive adequate time to fix the issues.
I didn't receive a full refund of the money they took from my bank account.

My father had this same insurance on the same property for 8 years, paid over $14000, never made a single claim, and the property was in the same condition.

Why force me to repair something in horrible weather conditions that AMFAM was fine with for 8 years, not give a single mother adequate time to make these repairs, still drop me, keep all our hard earned money, and leave us feeling robbed?
