We are not sure who Blake is but I have never been contacted by him to renew our insurance. As a matter of fact, I was speaking with another agent who promised us a call back for insurance options and never heard back. This was in the fall. We opted to look for insurance on our own. I would not suggest Goosehead Insurance to others due to their lack of follow up and communication.

If I could give no stars I would. He reported my auto and house incorrectly. My daughter was reported as a driver when she got her license by me personally. In order to score me a good deal he put her as a non driver. Luckily, I went out of my way to ask progressive for the student discount and we discovered this error which raised my price. Had I not done that my daughter, who got into an accident a week later, would've been on my policy incorrectly and could've caused us a major problem being listed as a non driver. Not only did that happen but there was unnecessary additions to my house on my home policy my house wasn't even listed as a tri-level. I believe Blake was trying to pocket a pretty penny for himself. I asked for new price quotes from him and never got them. I asked for information post accident and never hear back. I then reached out for information about another accident with my daughter and again no reply. Unresponsive, Possibly swindling money, failed to get back to me in a timely manner or at all. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I got my auto down $1300 and my house down $400 at another company which he didn't even attempt. I left Progressive because of him....last person you want to deal with.
