I tried to change my insurance to another State Farm location, called them months ago, they said they’d do it and then never did. Extremely unprofessional and sneaky. Horrible State Farm agent. (I was finally able to change my State Farm location bc I called headquarters). I have also filed a report with headquarters on this matter. I recommend anyone that has a problem w this agency do the same. (Especially with the back handed reply John gave me. My previous State Farm agent literally died in a car accident which is why my insurance was transferred to this unfortunate office. If your agents didn’t make notes of me calling your office that’s not my issue. ) why would I lie about this? Lmao actually ridiculous

Recently moved here from out of state and when I called the office to inquire about moving policies, I was informed by a woman who answered the phone that "that was not what they do and it was my job to reach out to my old agent." I told my old agent in my previous state that information and they said no, it is their office's job to tell us you are transferring to them. Called the officeback, gave my info, moved on with my day. This was on 6/3/2024. On 6/13/24 my home office again reached out and informed me they had not heard anything from John Sullivan's office. I proceeded to email John personally, to which his response was to dismiss my situation, claiming "we have no record of you, and we would have never told you it was your responsibility. You must have the wrong office." I emailed John back and informed him of the phone number (their number, I confirmed) and that it was in fact, their office. He never responded. A professional business owner would have wanted to assess further, but clearly John did not want my business. I have happily used State Farm for years and this was a major disappointment. I will absolutely be going through another agent and company.

I've been with John Sullivan State Farm for about 10 years now and I think they are wonderful! They give me all the discounts that are available to me and the cost is fair. Since I've been with them I've insured 8 cars, a motorcycle and my house. I've never had an issue with them. The customer service is phenomenal! Anytime I need to add or remove something from my policy they are very prompt and accommodating. I highly recommend them.
