DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FREE TRIALS while using them as an agent. This company is struggling. They are obviously understaffed. I spent 7 hours of my time unwinding what they did. I’ve been invoiced incorrectly several times. It’s almost impossible to get someone on the line, if you leave a message, don’t expect a call back. When you do get someone on the line, they are helpful. The problems I’ve had have had my website down for almost two weeks. I would not recommend this company. The experience has been beyond frustrating. I would not consider them in the future.

I spoke with someone named Erika by phone and she was so unprofessional it shocked me that I was speaking to a professional service. I called Progressive to make sure I was speaking with a real company. Management should coach this team member.

Whoever they have answering the phones is BEYOND rude. I called inquiring about a city sticker - they transferred me to the city clerk which makes zero sense since I was looking to purchase from them due to open business hours. I tried calling back twice and they literally answered the phone and hung-up on me. Unbelievable.
