One of the newer banks in our area and it's a fantastic one at that. The customer service is better than you would expect.

Big fat manager got mad because I wouldn't shake his hand. Sorry i dont know where his hands have been. If he coughed in them . Didn't wash them after going to bathroom etc he was bent because he didn't like that. ThenI told him 4 times what I wanted to do and he still couldnt understand. How dumb. Open a savings. So I just left. All because I didn't do what he wanted and that was to touch him.

Branch manager Deborah was very friendly and knowledgeable. My TCF account was recently transferred to Huntington. She had the answer to every little question I had and was very helpful. Much better service than my previous bank

Customer service is solid, only reason for the 3 stars is because the way the window and ATM are set up, is absolutely ridiculous. It's so horrible, if you need to use ATM, you wait forever for the car at the window to finish up because there is not enough room for someone to be at the window AND at the ATM at the same time 🤦‍♀️
