Been coming here for years and never had issues until recently. The employees are rude. I had a a question about billing and she wouldn’t even let me finish my question and was very rude about it. I wish the old owners were still there, they were always nice and helpful. These new people are going to push customers to find other companies to switch to.

Extremely unprofessional. I have been a customer for over 10 years and was forced to choose a different insurance because of the lousy customer service and the fact that Pati kept dodging my calls. Not what they used to be. Also unpredictable by insulting me with a $115 per month charge for liability on a 22 year old vehicle. Called Oxford and found they are far cheaper and much nicer to their customers. You all dropped the ball and will count to loose good customers cause of terrible customer service.

I been calling for three days now & the woman just keeps putting me on hold for long periods of time. I hang up & call back she just says please hold & never comes back to my call. Oh well she lost you a potential customer.

Watch the trap fox !!! If they offer you a payment plan make sure to pay attention cuz they charge you fees for every transaction , they cheated and lied. No professionalism at all .
