I have known Dave Pequet for 25 years, and my husband John has known him for 45 years. He has always displayed the utmost integrity and compassion in every aspect of his life. He has spent the last 55 years in the Duck Lake area and has always been devoted to preserving the beauty of the area's abundant natural resources. This led to Dave overseeing the efforts to preserve the beautiful oak trees that are susceptible to oak wilt due to damage from disc golf, which has resulted in the few negative reviews on this site. Dave has, and always will, stand for what is right.

When bond yields were in the cellar he developed a fund of key dividend stocks that consistently earned a 5 star review from the prestigious Morning Star report. I have been a neighbor of Dave's in Fruitland Township where he has been a great steward to the area. We are fortunate to have a man of his caliber and knowledge here in Whitehall serving to protect our wonderful natural assets. It is unfortunate that a group of local hooligans have posted ill spirited comments on his website. It truly reflects badly on the hooligans who have tried to destroy our natural resources in the Fruitland Township park. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dave and his family. If you have the opportunity to invest in MPI or work with Dave in his many endeavors than you will be a very fortunate individual !!

The negative reviews are by Disc Golfers who have ruined a beautiful piece of park property. The redneck, swearing, drinking and pot smoking disc golfers are the ones that are nasty and don't know what the words kind, considerate, successful even mean. Mr. Pequet is a very successful businessman who is honest, kind, considerate and he, his wife and business have done a lot of wonderful things for not only community but organizations. He would never be rude or unkind to anyone.

David Pequet sits at the helm of MPI, one of the finest investment and money management firms in the nation. Nobody in Pequet's business earns the trust required to invest more than a third of a billion dollars from institutions and high net worth individuals by cheating Granny and sending her to the poor house.

Mr. Pequet also sits at the helm of an environmental initiative in West Michigan to remove disc golf play in an environmentally sensitive public forest because the damage done by weighted, sharp edged discs inflicts deep and serious wounds to Oak trees and hastens infection from Oak Wilt, a scourge that is today killing large stands of oak trees in forests across the Eastern United States.

I noticed a sudden influx of libelous letters to the MPI web site from, guess who, members of the West Michigan disc golf community. A little research on by-lines from the letters is all it took.

I suggest anyone researching MPI via their web site take these letters with a grain of West Michigan Sand.

Everyone has heard the one about the proverbial pot and window. These disc golf reprobates and miscreants don't have either one and are simply stuffing the MPI review box with baseless vitriol otherwise known as SPAM.

Mr. Pequet and his capable staff can give me advice and manage my retirement portfolio anytime.
