Terrible experience. Worst ever! Kept getting different reps handling our loan. Documents were asked for over & over & at the last minute. We had to do THEIR JOB by driving docs to their office & picking up tax certs & payout checks. We barely closed on time! Had to get a hotel room for 2 nights because we were homeless! Never, ever again! Beware! DO NOT use this company. Ever! I’m escalating to the president & CEO of this company. I want compensation for doing THEIR JOB! I cannot express enough my dissatisfaction with this company.

This rating is subject to change. I pay a lot of things through my online credit union acct. On January 2, I sent a mortgage payment of $300. The mortgage payment for my mobile home is roughly $277 per month, rounded up. On January 13, payment was applied and an extra $24 went to principal. On Jan 17, the payment had been reversed. "Misappliaction reverseal." According to their website, I am now 5 days late (as of January 20.) I'm going to have to call them tomorrow, and based on the other reviews, this may not go well. Any advice? Suggestions? Has something like this happened to you? I am confused.

Me and my husband have had nothing but issues With this company, they’re not applying our house payments to our account which is causing us to be behind and then you have to call them and argue with them and yell at them until they’ll do it and then they want to accuse you of saying well. I need this payment right now and I put my foot down several times and said you’ve already received this payment and every time you get on the phone, you’re talking to someone different. You never talk to the same person, they are terrible and if I knew the reviews that I know now I would’ve never bought a home where I have been for over a year and a half now. I’m so glad that I’m not the only one having issues because I’ve had issues with them since we moved in here.

I apologize for anyone who has to try and do business with this company. My experience with them has been awful. I will fully admit I am 2 months behind within my mortgage. I attempted to contact them to inform them I had made arrangements and would be bringing both payments up to current within the next couple weeks. The representative on the phone then begins to ask me why I am not prioritizing my house payment first and said he felt I was not prioritizing my finances properly. I stated to him that I felt his concerns over my finances was none of his concern. To get to the point I eventually told him he was being unprofessional and I needed to speak to a manager. I spoke to a manager named "Julie" who claims she would review the recorded line and apologized for anything said wrong but then goes on to say she felt the point he was trying to make was that they needed a payment. I then explained to her what I had explained to the guy beforehand. THEN she explains that a payment in 2 weeks will not work as it then processes to 3 months and tells me how I won't be able to make partial payments and I will have to pay lawyer fees of $800+...mind you the guy prior never stated this. Well now after this call I try later in the evening to just log into my online account and view the balance to make a payment. I'm locked out of it and was forced to recall the customer support and deal with the prompts again and then was forced to make a payment with processing fees over the phone. This company is a joke and one hell of a predator. Stay away from them whatever you do. Not friendly and not professional.

Kendal Rainford is a blessing in the funding department. She communicated with me promptly, professionally, and with courtesy. We were missing a few things in are closing package and she got it solved in less than a day. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Also got an 8% interest rate on a manufactured home what a steal!

BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!! Do not trust this company for your lending needs,,, they lost my 3000$ deposit check, initially tried to bully me over lost check threatening my loan to then talk to another person and they discredit the previous reps statement tell me it's not my fault reissue when I can, fine well because of that I haven't had access to the online portal I was promised to make payments and see my account nor have I received any statements in the mail. I've made my payments and mailed them in and was called told I was 3 months behind and that's not the case, but basically i need to locate the checks and if they aren't found and everything paid in 30 days they will take legal action against me,,,,, to then get a call literally 10 mins later oh your deposit was delayed so it delayed everything and I am not 3 months behind they can see that now......... It's been a complete nightmare and I am looking into sueing this company currently. I hope people see this review and take the warning,,,, this company is backwards and deceitful, and not even an I'm sorry from this company. The lady that harassed me and called me a lier will not even make eye contact with me when I see her in the office anymore, and the managers will not do anything with only one person's complaint. Screw you triad. I regret trusting your company wholeheartedly.

I have never worked with a company so inefficient. It created disdain for the buyer, their attorney's and anyone else involved. What was suppose to be a June 6th closing turned into 3 or more extensions requested. No one knew who to talk to or who was handling things between the lender and the brokers. The buyer's attorney had to email daily for weeks to ask when we were finally going to close. It was all around horribly unorganized. Requests for paperwork trickle in and then are completely ignored. We represented the seller and clocked double the time it would normally take. It's June 27th and our checks are all over the place.
