If I could give it ZERO stars I would! The employees are very bland. Poor customer service. When I went into the store, they looked at me and didn’t speak. As I’m looking at the jewelry employee (600001777) finally speaks. Now I’m checking out and the same employee checks me out at the register. Didn’t put my item in a box(purchased jewelry) I had to ask if he had a box. He replies oh yea. Then I asked can he clean it. He said yes and starts to clean. Mind you I paid cash and he never gave me a receipt. As he is cleaning the jewelry he asks did I give you a receipt I said no. He claims he thought I did. I buy jewelry from EZ PAWN all the time I know what they do! The service is HORRIBLE. I will NEVER go back to this location 320 s. Boulder hwy
