This company is fantastic! They have helped me more than once when I was in need! They go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of business. If you know you're going to he late on a payment they will work with you on a deadline as long as you tell them ahead of time. They're great at reminding me when my payment is due when I forget. If you ever need your taxes done I highly recommend this company!

HORRIBLE customer service. I’m not even a client but a reference , they kept calling and leaving voicemails after I asked to be put on the do not call list. Skyler Alexis Smith at the Carrollton Georgia location is very rude over the phone , I’m sure she’s not in person though. Would not recommend this company to anyone. They don’t even record phone calls in cases of disrespect.
