Be careful, just like the big companies, great at first but then they will go in and change your policy and remove discounts without notice, hoping you wont notice.

My husband and I have been with our last Ins co. For the past 40 years. We decided to leave after a number of incidents of no return calls, no interest in what we needed for the past couple of years. Like a good neighbor was far from what we received. We contacted Mike Sorrels after being recommended by a number of people. From the first step in the office we felt like family. Worked with Mr. Mike for years. Since the day one, he and his team were always friendly, respectful and working on finding what works best for our family, not only trying to sell more policies. If we had any issues or concerns, we would just contact his office and would receive immediate attention either by the lady who works with him or, if requested he, personally would return our call within 24 hours. Hard to find a "good old school" manners and respect and Mr. Mike has earned our trust years ago.

Mike Sorrells knows what the issues are and have been. Threatened to sue me for slander if I told anyone how he treated us.
