First of all, I have always loved the employees at State Farm! I’ve been with State Farm since I was driving at 16. Today I called and spoke to Lexus about Drive Safe and general coverage on my two vehicles. She is not only very accessible, collegial and professional, she is relatable and relational. She listened carefully to all my questions and answered them one by one in a way that a novice like me could understand. In fact, I have seen her in the office in Bremen on occasion and she remembered my dog when I was talking to her on the phone! Those are the sort of reasons why I stay at State Farm because I feel known, not just a number but an individual.

I have had the pleasure of working with Miss Kandace and Miss Miranda and I truly mean it is a pleasure. Both young ladies are Extremely Friendly,polite, Helpful, patient and beyond knowledgeable about the entire company.. Not on purpose I have
tortured them with my repeated stupid questions and they handle people like me with such patients and professional ism ,,only special people have that gift to work with the Pubic in that manner..In the past few months I have worked with Miss Kandace many times she is always so calm and courteous with me knowing she has to go slow so I can take notes, I greatly appreciate her attention to detail as I am not up to date with the insurance lingo lol.. I sure hope State Farm realizes that they hired perfect people to do a very hard job... please know that these young ladies go Way Above and Beyond to Assist customers like me to understand and feel very comfortable with the Multi Policy's that they are buying from State Farm..I know that they Will be happy and do very well with your company in the future..
