This is possibly one of the very worst insurance companies in LaGrange. I cancelled my policy months ago, and now they're trying to send me a random bill for an additional $60. I call this office and first they do not answer. The second time I call they answered the phone and when I asked what the bill was for they were unable to answer my questions. They said all billing is done through progressive, not "fling insurance", and so she could only transfer me to progressive. If you have any questions they usually cannot answer them. They will refer you to progressive. They charge you more for insurance to have the parent company (progressive) do all the work for them.

These people will do nothing but rip you off. Then even when you cancel they will try to send you more bills. Do yourself a favor and go to progressive directly. Or any other insursnce agency. I am certified in the state of GA to sell auto insurance, and I have never heard of being billed for cancelling a policy.
