I have been a customer of Art Dorsey ever since I moved up to Alaska 8 years ago. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with their staff. I must give a special shout out to Cybil Martin since she is definitely the coolest and most informed insurance agent around! I ask a lot of questions and she has graciously responded to them!

I had been a loyal customer with a different insurance company for many years when I switched over to State Farm. Jessica at Art Dorsey State Farm helped me switch over my policies for my vehicle, my husband’s vehicle, our homeowner’s insurance, and my engagement ring insurance. She was able to match the existing coverage and beat the rate. I also like the safe driving discount I get. Having a local office to deal with as opposed to a 1-800 number has also been much more efficient and service oriented. Highly recommend.
